We ship to some international destinations; however, shipping to certain countries carries higher risks. Due to customs and tax regulations, we cannot declare the actual item value on the package. This may result in limited compensation options from carriers like DHL if the item is lost or damaged during transit.
Since we aim to keep shipping costs reasonable for our customers, we ship under these conditions based on mutual agreement.
If your item is lost or goes missing during transit, we won’t be able to provide a refund. Therefore, we recommend one of the following options:
- Arrange a Pick-Up: Have someone pick up the item on your behalf.
- Hold for Delivery: We can store your item until someone you know is traveling to Nigeria and can collect it.
- Local Delivery: Delivery within Nigeria or pick-up at our office is also available.
